1. Roles & Responsibilities
● Invoicing, Payment Collection and Bookkeeping:
- Invoice generation to clients.
- Compile and maintain records of all billings.
- Track incoming payments and file them in books.
- Handle billing inquiries from the clients.
- Follow Up with clients on outstanding invoices.
- Monitor clients’ account details for Non-payments, Delayed payments, and other irregularities.
● Banking & Regulations:
- Correspond with the bank on inward remittances and submit associated documents.
- Ensure the specified guidelines are met.
- Submit required paperwork timely, eg. SOFTEX filing.
- Ensure specified licenses are renewed timely.
- Ensure the company remains compliant to all given regulations.
● Clients’ Contracts (Only in absence of reporting lead):
- Sign and File Contracts
- Maintain repository
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for the related discussions and queries.
- Ensure timely renewal of Contracts
● Coordination with different departments:
- Coordinate and work with various teams like Accounts, Staffing and HR to provide required billing information.
2. Knowledge and Skills:
- Basics of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Very good spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping process and Accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
