Main Accountabilities:
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Support the leadership in developing and implementing proper management systems for improving the overall EHS performance of the company.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implementation of the appropriate ESG management system (Policies, Process, Procedures and Guides) and provide for their updating in line with changes in laws, regulations and corporate directives.
- Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with ESG Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
- Supporting the Management in driving the education, communication and implementation of the ESG management system across the company.
- Provide safety practices and policy training to appropriate office personnel, and ensure relevant employees receive appropriate training.
- Develop, implement, monitor and review the corporate emergency preparedness and response plan.Ensure that emergency preparedness and response plans are developed, documented, implemented and tested.
- Conducts EHS Operational Audits, analyzes EHS data.Prepare, organize, and maintain inspection records and investigates complaints and suspected violations
- Drive employee participation in CSR activities, enhancing awareness programmes and commitment to our corporate values.
- Overseeing the budget allocated for CSR activities and ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of CSR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- To ensure impact assessment of CSR activities, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
