- Preparing food: Chopping, mixing, and making dishes, such as entrees, sauces, and side dishes
- Managing inventory: Keeping track of raw ingredients and waste disposal
- Ensuring quality: Maintaining high standards for quality, hygiene, and health
- Training staff: Overseeing junior kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support
- Helping with menu development: Assisting the head chef and sous chefs with menu development
- Ensuring recipes are followed: Making sure all recipes are followed
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness: Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
- Maintaining health and safety standards: Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Chinese CDP/DCP: 4 years (Preferred)
