We are seeking a qualified Office Assistant (Female Only ) with excellent communication skills in English with a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. handle reception and office area.
2. Office Administration related Works & Co-Ordinate with Management & Principal
3. Back office work of the school.
4. Should be of a pleasing personality.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Handle the admission inquiries, Explain admission procedures to the students and their parents through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
8. Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
**
Post Graduation or BBA / MBA or equivalent
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
should be fluent in English and have at least 2-3 years (Preferred) of experience required.
