The Nursing Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, supervising nursing staff, and providing leadership in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Supervision: Oversee nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions and support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Current nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
- May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
