NTT Teacher
The position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Implementation:Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children. Integrate various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage and maintain classroom materials and resources.
Child Development: Observe and assess the individual needs and progress of each child. Implement strategies to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Parent Communication: Establish effective communication with parents to provide regular updates on children's progress and well-being. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and conferences as needed.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other NTT teachers and early childhood education staff to enhance the overall learning experience. Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of each child's development, activities, and achievements. Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
Incorporate Technology: Integrate age-appropriate technology to enhance learning experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
