Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with up to 1.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Consign Space Solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring non-technical talent to meet the company’s diverse hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute the full recruitment cycle for non-IT positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends and best practices for recruiting non-technical talent.
- 0 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
