Job role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Executive with expertise in VBA, Google Scripts, Macros, Power BI, Google Sheets, and advanced Excel skills. The candidate will play a key role in understanding company requirements and designing efficient tools and systems to streamline processes. The ideal candidate is a fast thinker and problem-solver who can create actionable data insights and automation solutions to drive business Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Perform data analysis to extract actionable insights and generate ad hoc reports. - Monitor KPIs and generate reports to provide performance insights to management. - Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. 2. Automation & Tool Development: - Use VBA, Macros, Google Script, and advanced Excel functions to automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes. - Design, develop, and implement new tools and systems to meet organizational needs. - Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated solutions. 3. Power BI & Dashboard Creation: - Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key business metrics. - Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. - Provide visual data representation that enhances decision-making. 4. System Maintenance & Improvement: - Support and maintain existing MIS systems. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis). - Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Script automation. - Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to design solutions for complex processes. - Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
