Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Reporting: Create and distribute regular management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the functionality and integrity of MIS systems, ensuring they meet the organization's needs.
- Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements and ensure data alignment with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and system changes to ensure compliance and data governance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any Discipline
- Experience: Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools,Advance Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with database management and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges.
- Certification in data analysis or related fields is a plus.
