Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, specifically in generating sales reports that provide actionable insights for our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive sales reports and dashboards.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
-Collaborate with the sales team to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with reporting needs.
-Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
-Prepare periodic performance reports for management review and decision-making.
-Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
-Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and reporting.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-4-5 years of experience in MIS, or a similar role.
-Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
-Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
-Familiarity with sales metrics and processes is preferred.
Skills:
-Data analysis and interpretation.
-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
-Knowledge of database management systems.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
