Responsibilities: · Responsible for preparing different kinds of reports as per the business Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skill. · Preparation of various MIS reporting by using MS Excel and Google Sheet at Operational level. · Should be good in MS Excel & Google Sheet, have good knowledge in formulas like V-lookup, Pivot table, Conditional formatting, All excel shortcuts, Macros etc. · Work closely with Sales for daily, weekly monthly reports. · Creation of multiple Excel based Dashboards for Reporting and analysis of Finances/Revenue/Payments. · Handling various office work like maintaining register, attending visitors, handling courier, etc. · Should be good in MS Word for Create, edit, and format a wide range of business documents, including reports, proposals, presentations, and others. · Conduct research and gather information from a variety of online sources · Manage online projects, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. · Assist with various online tasks, such as data entry, email management, and social media management. · Proper Record keeping of soft copies as well as of hard copies. · Any other task given by the management. · Good written and verbal communication, frequent in mailing and resolving cases. · Excellent Typing Including Speed and Accuracy. · Coordination with other departments. · Scanning and emailing of reports.
