Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
Manage employee records, including personal information, employment history data.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on various HR metrics such as attendance, absenteeism, left out cases.
Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping systems.
Coordinate with vendors related to uniform procurement and payment.
Conduct regular HR audits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and procedures.
Essential Attributes & Experience
1 years of experience in HR data management, MIS, or a related role.
Proficiency in Data management system.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
