Medicine salesmen
· Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as they enter the store.
· Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
· Answer customer inquiries about medications, healthcare products, and general store information.
· Provide information about prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health supplements.
· Develop a strong understanding of the products available in the store, including their uses, benefits, and potential side effects.
· Actively promote and upsell products to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
· Provide information on ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
· Assist in achieving sales targets set by the Salesman.
· Assist the pharmacist in retrieving prescription medications for customers.
· Ensure that customers understand the proper usage, dosage, and any potential interactions of their medications.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
· Arrange products on shelves and displays in an appealing and easily accessible manner.
· Monitor and restock inventory to avoid shortages and ensure availability of products.
· Ensure that over-the-counter medications are kept in compliance with storage requirements.
· Process customer transactions accurately using the store's POS system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
