Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and record messages accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
- Process patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with medical staff and support teams for efficient operations.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to clinic policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any patient concerns with politeness and empathy.
- Previous experience as a front office receptionist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with office software.
- Must be polite, sweet, and able to handle difficult situations with a calm attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and appointment scheduling software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
