Mechanical Foreman
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical workers involved in welding, metal fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of welding and fabrication work.
- Oversee the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as necessary, and report any issues to the Project Manager.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of mechanical staff, with a focus on welding and metal fabrication techniques.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for mechanical, welding, and fabrication work.
- Coordinate with other foremen, subcontractors, and departments to ensure smooth project operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, welding, or fabrication issues that arise on site.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- total work: 10 years (Preferred)
