We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Head to lead the marketing strategy at Pal College of Technology and Management. Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and brand awareness. 2. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website management. 3. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials. 4. Collaborate with admissions, academic departments, and other stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with institutional goals. 5. Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. 6. Manage the marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. 7. Organize and promote college events, open houses, and student recruitment initiatives. Qualifications
Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
Sales and Public Relations skills
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Capability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
