Job Summary: We are seeking a well-organized and efficient Marketing Admin to support our marketing department. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination of marketing activities and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication. Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and preparing reports.
Maintain and update marketing databases, tracking project progress and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
Handle customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns and provide necessary support.
Organize and maintain marketing files, records, and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an MBA in Marketing or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or administration roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
