Maintenance Worker
- Inspecting: Regularly inspect equipment, buildings, and systems to identify problems.
- Repairing: Perform minor repairs, such as fixing drywall, doors, and leaky taps.
- Maintaining: Perform routine maintenance on systems like heating, cooling, and air conditioning.
- Cleaning: Clean facilities and equipment, including specialist cleaning of high-value items.
- Landscaping: Mow lawns, trim hedges, and remove debris.
- Safety: Check and maintain safety equipment like fire extinguishers and smoke alarms.
- Scheduling: Schedule repairs and maintenance, and keep a maintenance log.
- Ordering: Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Following instructions: Follow written and verbal instructions, and company safety regulations.
- Collaborating: Collaborate with the maintenance team and contractors.
- Reporting: Report issues to the maintenance manager or clients.
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
