About Navitas Alpha Renewables
Navitas Alpha Renewables Pvt. Ltd. (NARPL) is a joint venture between Navitas Green Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Navitas Solar) & Alpha plastomers Pvt. Ltd. (Alpha group). The company manufactures EVA/POE/EPE encapsulant films, a critical input in solar module manufacturing, & markets them under the brand, “SUSTAIN”. With its foray in to manufacturing in 2020, the company is now a preferred supplier to solar module manufacturers & an integral part of India’s burgeoning renewable energy industry.

Qualification: ITI in mechanical trade (Fitter / welder / machinist etc.) or Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience: *8 to 10 years* of experience in manufacturing industry out of which some of experience in “plastics processing” is essential.
Experience & Industry Exposure:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience & Industry Exposure:
- Well versed with breakdown trouble shooting, preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Should be able to handle utility equipment such as cooling tower, chiller, compressor, material handling equipment.
- Should be able to disassemble, service & reassemble gearbox, extrusion dies & machine parts etc.
- Preparedness to work in emergency during night shift.
- Should be able to work as a fitter, welder and plumber.
- Follow maintenance planning.
- Assist production engineer to carry on maintenance responsibility.
- Maintain logbooks and spares inventory.
- Minimize production wastage at all stages as per set targets, through effective maintenance.
- Active participation for training subordinates and ensure skill development.
- Implement standard shop floor practices such as 5S.
- Reduce machine down-time and increase machine efficiency.
- Develop positive work culture by developing best practices.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
