Maintenance Electrician
About Us:
At our Animal Treatment Centre in Corjuem, North Goa, we are an NGO dedicated to serving and caring for stray animals. We strive to create a safe haven for these animals, providing them with the necessary medical attention and support. We are passionate about our cause and are looking for a skilled Administrative and Operations Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As the Administrative and Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Animal Treatment Centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining registers and performing accurate data entry.
- Managing and organizing medical stock inventory.
- Receiving and handling parcels efficiently and ensuring proper documentation.
- Performing regular checks and maintaining filing systems for bills and invoices.
- Coordinating and placing orders for food and supplies required by staff, clinic, and lab.
- Managing attendance register and visitor register.
- Overseeing the overall administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations of the trust.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in administrative work, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software for administrative purposes.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature towards animals.
