Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse and Logistics Management:
· Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order processing, and dispatching.
· Ensure warehouse layout and logistics processes are optimized for efficiency, safety, and productivity.
· Prior experience with part load transportation
Inventory Control:
· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
· Manage inventory management systems to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
· Manage stock replenishment processes to ensure product availability and minimize overstock or stock outs.
Transportation and Distribution:
· Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Technology and Systems:
· Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, B. Tech or commerce background from a good college.
· Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, particularly in a B2B environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
