Logistics Executive
- Planning what goods can be dispatch and put in dispatch planning group
- Confirmation of payment from Generons & Electro to accounts team before dispute
- Where to got to DG Set to talk to the customer and confirm GST no. etc documents
- Arrange the vehicle, Part load, Full load and getting frieght approved
- Prepare the Delivery Challan
- Co-ordination with Transporter
- After Collecting all the documents, submiting to accounts team for billing
- Signing after billing getting the LR
- Check all billing documents i.e E-way bill and give all documents to driver
- Prepare all data FMS of billing and dispatch
- Share Deliver Challan to Delhi sales whatsapp group
- Maintaining the Engine and Alternator Register/Sheet
- Co-ordinating for generator Un-loading and collect the recovery copy
- Check frieght bills and making monthly excel reports
- Prepare Bill submission checklist
- Maintain Sales register daily basis
- Remove sales dispatch order from inventory
- Vehicle Size Knowledge
- Knowledge for E- way bill, L.R No.
- Tracking vehicle
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
