Logistics Booking Agent
Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Expected Start Date: 15/10/2024
- Coordinate and book transportation services for US clients from our Ahmedabad location.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipments, track progress, and address any issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routing for cost-effective deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Previous experience as a Booking Agent in the logistics and transport industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in relevant logistics management software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- US shift
