Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advocate specializing in land documentation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, land use regulations, and documentation processes related to land transactions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation related to land transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate land-related documents, including contracts, deeds, and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on land titles and ownership rights.
  • Assist clients in understanding land use regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations with governmental bodies and other parties involved in land dealings.
  • Stay updated on changes in land law and regulations that may impact clients.
  • Educate clients on best practices for land documentation and management.
  • Collaborate with other legal and real estate professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate or land law.
  • LLB or LLM
  • Strong understanding of land documentation processes and legal requirements.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with zoning and land use regulations.
  • Familiarity with environmental law as it pertains to land dealings.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
