Labour Welfare & Statutory Compliance Assistant Ahmedabad, India We are seeking a dynamic Legal & Labour Welfare Executive who is experienced in handling legal and HR-related tasks. The role will involve 60% fieldwork and 40% office work. The candidate must own a bike and be willing to travel for site-related tasks. Roles and Responsibilities · Handle legal documentation and licenses, such as BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) licenses, labour licenses, and insurance-related tasks. · Manage compliance issues and legal matters involving government authorities. · Perform municipality work, liaising with various government and regulatory bodies. · Manage tasks related to hospitals, including paperwork and procedures for site incidents such as accidents or fatalities. · Handle legal work at police stations, such as documentation, dispute resolution, or other site-related issues. · Ensure timely renewal and submission of legal documents. · Manage Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) processes, including documentation and compliance. · Handle welfare funds, employee grievance redressal, and statutory compliance. · Conduct audits for legal and statutory compliance and recommend necessary improvements. Requirements: · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Legal and statutory compliance roles. · Must own a bike and be prepared for extensive travel (60% site work). · Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). · Familiarity with BOCW licenses, labour licenses, insurance, municipality work, PF, ESIC, and welfare funds. · Strong communication and negotiation skills. · Ability to handle compliance, legal, and incident-related matters independently. Desired Candidate Profile · Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and municipality regulations. · Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
