Minimum Requisite:
- BSc Degree
- 6 Years of experience in Aluminium Refinery/Cement Industry/Chemical/Pharmaceutical
- Proven success working in a industrial setup
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ensure on time delivery of assigned job with safety and accuracy
- Participate in development of objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Develop new procedures and mechanism for improving team performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement cost effective and time efficient techniques
- Scheduling staff, developing employee schedules, managing performance and make documenting as per the client requirement
- Ensuring the lab meets health and safety standards, and that staff follow safety regulations
- Checking stock levels, placing orders, and distributing supplies
- Supervising the maintenance activities with respect to the plan for timely completion of the jobs
- Creating and reviewing protocols, technical reports, data collection sheets, and logbooks
- Follow and ensure the SOP/SMP& client safety standards
- Involvement in improvement initiatives through KAIZEN
- Ensure self and workers’ safety and health.
- Involvements in JSA before executing any critical job
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
