Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Organize and store food items properly.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
Support the team during busy service times.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
