Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment for all children.
- Use play-based learning and interactive activities to foster language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure each child's holistic development.
- Maintain a structured and orderly classroom while encouraging creativity and independence.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety guidelines, and early childhood education best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Proven experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role.
- Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young children.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
