PROFILE SUMMARY
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in interior designing and team management skills. As a junior architect, the candidate will be required to assist the senior architect in developing design concepts and space plans for the architectural designs. An ideal candidate must be able to manage construction documentation and be able to take an understanding from the client on his expectations. The candidate must be creative, detail oriented, and passionate about architecture, with a strong foundation in design principles and proficiency in architectural software
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Assist senior architect in developing design concepts and producing detailed architectural drawings
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the design process with creative ideas
Produce accurate construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings on Auto CAD)
Conduct research on building codes, materials and technologies to ensure project compliance
Assist in coordinating with stakeholders and landscape architects to ensure design integration
Attend project meetings and take detailed notes to assist in project planning, coordination & execution
Visit project sites to observe project progress and ensure design intent and quality standards
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of the project
Prepare construction budgets and estimate cost for the projects
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong conceptual and design skills
Knowledge of construction compliances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools (Power Point Presentation & Excel)
Ability to work in a collaborative manner to ensure timely results
ELIGIBILITY
0-2 year’s experience
Bachelors/Masters in Architecture or any other relevant course
WORKING DAYS & TIME
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
