Manage and implement IT Securities policies and procedures.
Ensure proper Documentation process is in place.
Handling Helpdesk & Service Desk.
Managing Helpdesk & Engineer Team.
Desired Skills
At least 5 years of experience in IT support including Network and Servers.
A good command of English and able to handle offshore users.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
Expertise in data center management and data governance.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
