ITI Principal
Job Summary: The ITI College Principal oversees the overall administration, academic programs, and operations of the Industrial Training Institute (ITI). The Principal ensures the institution runs smoothly by maintaining educational standards, developing programs, managing staff, and fostering student growth in vocational training.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Lead the development and implementation of academic and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and accreditation standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Develop strategies to enhance the institution’s performance and reputation.
- Foster relationships with industries to create job placement opportunities for students.
- Monitor student admissions, attendance, and overall academic progress.
- Manage the recruitment, development, and performance of teaching and administrative staff.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Organize events, workshops, and seminars to support student and faculty development.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment within the institution.
- Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, B.Tech or M.Tech.
- Min. 4 years Industrial Experience and 8 years teaching experience.
- Leadership experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of government regulations and industry standards related to ITI programs.
- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of vocational education trends and industry needs.
- Ability to mentor and motivate both staff and students.
- Financial and resource management skills.
- ITI or vocational training institution.
- Regular interaction with faculty, students, industry partners, and government bodies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
