IT Teacher
Job Overview:
HAPS is looking for a passionate and innovative IT Teacher who enjoys teaching young learners and bringing technology to life through creative, activity-based learning. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in coding and digital literacy, with a flair for making these subjects exciting and accessible to children. Knowledge of Apple for Education is a plus, as we have a Mac lab that supports our curriculum. We welcome individuals who can work independently, develop new modules, and are eager to teach coding in engaging and fun ways.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach coding and computer skills using interactive, activity-based methods.
- Create and deliver modules that make learning technology exciting for students.
- Manage the Mac lab and integrate Apple for Education tools into the curriculum.
- Encourage critical thinking and creativity through coding and digital projects.
- Continuously assess and support student progress with constructive feedback.
- Innovate and update the IT curriculum independently and in collaboration with other staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and/or (BL.ED or PTT or B.ED)
- Experience teaching IT and coding, especially to children, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Apple for Education tools and Mac-based systems is a plus.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to connect with young learners.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and think creatively.
