The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our IT services in a B2B environment. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads using various online platforms (Linked In, business directories, industry forums, etc.) and databases.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate leads to determine their potential and readiness for sales engagement, focusing on decision-makers such as IT managers, CTOs, and business executives.
Outreach: Conduct targeted email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach to engage potential clients.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects through personalized follow-ups, building relationships to move leads further down the sales funnel.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for lead generation in the IT services domain.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in CRM systems, ensuring leads are assigned to the appropriate sales representatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with ongoing campaigns and the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further action.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and areas of improvement.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry or a related B2B environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Skills: Strong understanding of the IT services industry and B2B sales cycles.
Experience with lead generation tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce), and email marketing tools.
