Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles including software developers, network engineers, data analysts, and cybersecurity specialists.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking, direct sourcing, and referral generation.
Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions that attract the right talent.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process and maintaining clear communication.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to hiring managers and leadership.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and departmental teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and infrastructure management.
Sourcing Techniques: Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Linked In, job boards, social media).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Data-Driven: Comfortable using recruitment metrics and analytics to inform strategies and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
