Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have between 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting for IT roles and will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and job portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications of candidates.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
