Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles across IT sectors.
- Leverage Linked In, job boards, and other channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide insightful feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, provide recruitment status updates, and ensure compliance with company and local employment regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a wide range of talent is considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within IT or consulting sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in IT or tech-driven industries.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support cross-functional teams.
