Profile: IT Recruiter Experience: 2+ years Notice Period: Immediate Location: Sector-47, Gurugram Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles across IT sectors.
Leverage Linked In, job boards, and other channels to identify and attract top talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide insightful feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records, provide recruitment status updates, and ensure compliance with company and local employment regulations.
Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a wide range of talent is considered.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within IT or consulting sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of recruitment best practices, particularly in IT or tech-driven industries.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and support cross-functional teams.
