IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely feedback to all parties involved.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases and preparing reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a focus on both national and international recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and its various domains, such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification or training in recruitment or human resources management.
  • Experience recruiting for international positions and working with global teams.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and international hiring regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹237,144.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
