We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven International Outbound Caller with experience in handling high-volume outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making 100-150 calls daily, providing detailed information about our products and services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to international customers.
Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s products or services to potential customers.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Answer customer questions and resolve any initial concerns or objections during the call.
Record customer information and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with international customers.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Ability to handle high-volume calls and manage time efficiently.
