1. Position: Business Development - International Trade, APAC (Mumbai office)
2. Reporting to: Sr. GM – International Trade
3. Function: International Business
4. Qualification: Minimum MBA
5. Relevant Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development Activities in FMCG/Pharma Organisation
6. Responsibility:
a. Business Development in International Market
b. Generated Good sales volume in International market
c. Experience in multiple countries will be an added advantage
8. Software:
a. Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ERP
b. Very Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
9. Soft Skills:
a. Confident and Learning Attitude
b. Ability to meet deadlines and managing multiple tasks with accuracy
c. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:

6. Responsibility:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to penetrate international markets.
- Identify potential clients, partners, and distributors in target regions and establish strong business relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to tailor solutions to meet market demands.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and agreements
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent Aishwarya Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to agricultural technology and irrigation systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of international sales activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the international business development team.
