Sales/Project Co-Ordinator (Gas Detection): Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding gas detection products. 2. Address client inquiries, and provide product information. 3. Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer data. 4. Maintain and update sales records and customer databases. 5. Stay informed about the latest developments in gas detection technology and products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
7. Coordinate with other departments (like technical support and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and installation of products. 8. Communicate sales updates, product changes, and customer feedback to the relevant teams. 9. Help in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
Analyse sales data and trends to provide insights for improvement.
