Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the Australian immigration process.
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Explain immigration program options and eligibility criteria.
- Assist in the collection and preparation of necessary documents.
- Maintain a detailed client database and track each client’s application status.
- Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure smooth processing.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful applications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically related to Australian immigration or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of Australian visa subclasses and immigration requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent client service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
