Inside Sales Executive
Profile :- Inside Sales Executive (B2C)
(Tour & Travels Industry)
Location :- Gurgaon
Experience :- 1 to 4 years only.
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Essential Functions:
The Tele sales Executive performs the following Essential Functions:
·Promote products and services over the phone & counsels the customer to choose their dream vacation.
·Follow up with prospects via email and phone.
·Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise.
·Promote and enhance company reputation by providing professional and effective assistance.
·Outbound lead follow-up.
·Answer all incoming phone calls.
·Contact current customer base on current marketing offers.
·Place calls to customers for the purpose of actively promoting products and services.
·Effectively communicate (verbally and written) information with team members and customers.
·Attain the service levels set by your Team Leader & adhere to set policies and protocols & is flexible to take up new challenges set by the organization.
