Responsibilities: ● Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. ● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, converting leads into sales opportunities. ● Build, maintain, and update databases for calling and mailing campaigns. ● Proactively engage with potential customers and follow up regularly with new and existing clients. ● Collaborate with the team to improve and refine existing products, providing valuable feedback for product enhancements. ● Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business. ● Desired Skills & Qualifications: ● Experience: 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience. ● Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Fitness, Healthcare, Wellness, Sports, or Fitness Wearables industry will be a plus. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA is a plus). ● Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. ● Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a go-getter attitude and a passion for closing deals. ● Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment. ● A proactive approach and ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
