Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Inbound Sales and Marketing Executive to manage and nurture relationships with potential clients. This role involves engaging with leads generated through inbound marketing efforts, understanding their needs, and providing a personalized experience that aligns with our brand values. The ideal candidate will conduct calls and video conferences to explain our business model, handle client onboarding, schedule meetings, and maintain all necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through phone calls and video conferences.
  • Understand the prospects' needs and explain how our business model and brand stand out in the market.
  • Build a rapport with potential clients and answer any queries regarding the brand, products, and services.
  • Client Meetings:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients to further discuss partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct video conferences and presentations to guide clients through our business processes.
  • Ensure that clients are fully informed about all aspects of the partnership process.
  • Onboarding Clients:
  • Lead the client onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary steps are followed.
  • Provide clients with a clear understanding of the business structure, partnership requirements, and operational processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Client Documentation:
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client documentation during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure all required agreements, contracts, and forms are properly signed and filed for future reference.
  • Client Guidance:
  • Guide new clients through each step of the onboarding process, from initial inquiry to becoming an active partner.
  • Assist clients in understanding all the necessary procedures and provide them with detailed instructions and support.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve inbound lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 or 1+ years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle video conferencing tools and presentation software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for client documentation.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Preferred:
  • Experience in onboarding clients and partnership management.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and client documentation systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
