IELTS and PTE Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Teacher/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS test, helping them achieve their desired scores by enhancing their English language skills in the areas of listening, reading, writing, and speaking. You will create customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs and improve their chances of success.

Pay: ₹40,578.58 per month

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS test, helping them achieve their desired scores by enhancing their English language skills in the areas of listening, reading, writing, and speaking. You will create customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs and improve their chances of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS Training:
- Deliver high-quality IELTS preparation lessons for all four components (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Conduct one-on-one or group sessions depending on student needs.
- Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop customized IELTS lesson plans, strategies, and course materials.
- Update teaching methods and resources to align with the latest IELTS examination trends.
- Create mock tests, exercises, and interactive activities to help students practice.
- Student Assessment:
- Assess students’ English language proficiency levels and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Identify individual student strengths and weaknesses and implement strategies to address gaps.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and provide a positive learning environment.
- Engage students in interactive lessons that keep them motivated.
- Ensure a productive, student-centered classroom experience.
- Guidance and Counseling:
- Offer guidance and tips on exam techniques, time management, and how to improve test performance.
- Provide students with advice on their progress and areas for improvement.
- Assist students in setting achievable IELTS score goals.
- Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans.
- Report regularly to the management on class performance and student outcomes.
- Continuous Professional Development:
- Stay updated with IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and global standards.
- Attend professional development workshops or trainings to improve teaching practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified IELTS Trainer (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS or other English proficiency exams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
Pay: ₹40,578.58 per month
