Housekeeping Supervisor
Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Ensure all areas of the property meet cleanliness and sanitation standards, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment, ensuring timely orders and restocking.
Develop Cleaning Schedules: Create and implement cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks across the property.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleaning quality meets organizational standards.
Customer Service: Address guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services and ensure timely resolution.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all housekeeping operations.
Budget Management: Oversee the housekeeping department’s budget, control expenses, and manage labor costs efficiently.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
