To understand the staff strength and weaknesses in cleaning and other house keeping activities To train and maintain check-sheets of house-keeping To audit, supervise and ensure good hygiene experience for the customers To conduct daily briefing to the staff. To conduct Monthly /Quarterly training for all the house-keeping staff. Provide work feedback for improvement. To inspect the place, check the area for any potential hazardous items make a note of the same and discard them. To ensure that the entire property is clean and well maintained as per the prescribed hospitality standards. To prepare the inventory list for the supplies and equipment’s and make it accessible to the house keeping staff as per their schedule in order to complete their daily tasks. To check for frequently used products and stock them accordingly. To ensure that less manpower doesn’t affect the quality of the services provided to the guests. Moreover it helps to create a bond between the supervisor and his staff. To promote a healthy work space and optimum guest satisfaction, the HK team needs to be very vigilant, prompt and service oriented. Attention to details is a must. To check for necessary repairs to the furniture or fittings, machines etc, and report them to the management and initiate the repairing process after approval.
