Housekeeping attendants, also known as room attendants, have many responsibilities, including:
Pay: ₹9,326.99 - ₹22,014.75 per month
Benefits:
- Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture, floors, and windows
- Making beds: Making beds, changing sheets, and providing clean towels
- Sanitizing: Sanitizing bathrooms and other public areas
- Stocking supplies: Replenishing toiletries, mini-bar drinks, and other guest supplies
- Delivering and retrieving items: Delivering and retrieving items like irons and ironing boards for guests
- Security: Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Reporting issues: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or if rooms are vacant
- Customer service: Responding to guest inquiries and offering customer service
- Loading carts: Loading cleaning carts with sheets, supplies, and amenities for guests
- Disposing of trash: Emptying trash containers and removing trash, trays, dishes, and other food service items from rooms
- Promoting a positive image: Promoting a positive image of the property to guests
