Housekeeping Executive
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they understand and follow cleaning protocols.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies.
- Create staff schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Order and restock supplies as needed, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests regarding housekeeping services.
- Prepare reports on departmental performance, including cleanliness scores and staff productivity.
- Manage departmental budget and control costs.
