Develop strategies to increase the hotel’s visibility and ranking on Indian OTAs and other booking portals.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal packages across platforms like Make My Trip, Goibibo, and Yatra.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to set competitive and dynamic pricing strategies for Indian and global markets.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews on Indian platforms and manage the hotel’s online reputation.
Track performance metrics, bookings, and trends across Indian OTAs and provide actionable reports to management.
Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and opportunities in online travel platforms, both in India and internationally.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in managing hotel listings on Indian OTAs like Make My Trip, Goibibo, and Yatra, along with global platforms like Booking.com and Expedia.
Strong knowledge of rate parity, online distribution strategies, and channel management tools.
Experience with channel management systems (e.g., Site Minder, Rate Gain) and revenue management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate listings across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills to review booking data and make informed adjustments to maximize revenue.
Good communication skills for coordinating with OTA account managers and internal teams.
